Responsibilities:
- Manage Low Voltage Electrical system / work related to Building Services such as access control and closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitoring, fence intrusion detection system (FIDS), gate barrier, roller shutters, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, lighting systems, building drainage system, building lightning protection systems, electric vehicle chargers including troubleshooting, root cause identification and servicing etc
- Implement quality standards and procedures for preventive and corrective electrical & instrumentation building services maintenance works
- Review safety reports on compliance and non-compliance with regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
- Annual planning, preparing budgets for all electrical & instrumentation system / maintenance and service contracts; monitor and control budget under Facilities Management
- Provide quality of training; lead, manage and supervise team members under his/her charge
- Contractors’ management, supervision and control
- Maintain Quality Documentation and Control to ensure high quality of work through procedure control compliance, continuous gaps identification, development of work control procedure and follow up for implementation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Power/Technology or related discipline)
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Power/Technology or related discipline) with a minimum of 10 years of experience will be considered
- Five (5) years of engineering experience in Facilities Management and Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance aspects: in facilities management services / security system such as electrical / water supply, lift, air-conditioning, pumps, security etc.
