Job Scope:
Operations Assistant (East & West Area)
West Area (Basic up to $2.2k)
- Update container movements
- Perform data entry and maintain proper filling system
- Collect cash payment and issue receipt
- Liaise with external parties pertaining to releasing/collection of containers
- Liaise internally to ensure smooth operations.
East area (Basic up to $2.5k)
- Handle daily operations’ document such as permit of import/export, bill of lading & airway bills
- Perform data entries & filing & documentation
- Communicate with customer & operations team for freight forwarding or logistics related matter.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 'N' Level
- Knowledgeable in computer skills
