- Position : Customer Service COORDINATOR (SAP / SALES SUPPORT / Order Fulfilment)- ALL WELCOME
- Location : International Business Park near Jurong East MRT
- Working hours : 5 day work week: Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.35pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + $100 Transport Allowance + AWS
- Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations, interface between operations and customer to resolve problems;
- Follow up on customer requests and issues and provide timely responses to achieve optimum satisfaction level;
- Responsible for order fulfilment of customers;
- Liaise with customers on order processing / delivery requirement;
- Analyse data and sales forecast for customer order pattern analysis, demand, forecast and stock fluctuation to work on stock replenish and shipping plan;
- Monitor and check on operational issue. Improvement and prevention action for reoccurrence.
- Check on daily operation and order management, close and solve the issue arise.
- Preparation of reports as required by Management as well as customer
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP or similar order management system.
- Strong Communication / Interpersonal skill
- Able to handle customers’ complain and conflict by providing suitable solution
