Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits
- Partner BUs to provide advice in HR related matters such as workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises.
- Implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead and/or support HR projects, initiatives, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan.
- Assist in payroll audits and ensure payroll records are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- IHRP Certification will be a plus.
