- Position : Sales Executive (B2B/Account Servicing/ Landscape / Horticulture)- ALL WELCOME
- Location : Bedok
- Working hours : 5 days a week; Mondays- Fridays: 8.30am-5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + $50 Mobile + 14 days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand clients needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
- Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
- Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in landscape or horticulture-related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in the landscape industry
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand clients business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
