The Opportunity
The incumbent is required to re-engineer existing systems, provide solutions to integrate multiple platforms, provide technical support to maintenance team, support system testing and commissioning and compile operation manuals for systems and be involved in Customer Care Pre/Post-variation order activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform off site survey with clients to capture essential requirements
- Re-engineer existing systems by analysing and identifying areas for modifications / enhancements
- Provide solutions to integrate multiple platforms and hardware e.g. CCTV, security card access
- Compile operation manuals by liaising with principal suppliers and maintenance teams on performance of systems on site
- Provide on-site technical support for variation orders received by Projects Delivery and Customer Care department
- Support maintenance testing and commissioning by drafting specific tests and commissioning plans
- Resolve technical issues by coordinating with both internal team and external vendors to meet client requirements
- Support of monthly maintenance projects and ensure timeline is met
Requirements
Essential:
- A Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / IT
- Possess analytical and problem solving abilities
