Responsibilities & Duties:
- Sourcing, Quotation and price comparison
- Generate Purchase Order, tracking delivery and update orders in a timely manner
- Ensure purchase order, invoice, delivery order is attached with supporting document
- Verify supplier invoice quantity, unit rate and system data entry integrity
- Assisting on system data entries verification and maintain database
- Generate monthly report
- Manage company asset portal and Insurance
- Filing, administrative and any duties assigned by Superior
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- GCE “O”/” A” level, higher NITEC or equivalent
- Has at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Has knowledge and experience with construction industries
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Accpac Sage system will add an advantage
- Responsible and attention to details
- With initiative, responsibility and good team player
- Salary package commensurate with experience
