We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Telemarketer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads through outbound calls, as well as follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a knack for building rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize talking points effectively to engage prospects and communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
