Position: Events Sales Project Manager
Location: Lavender
Salary: Up to $4500 (depending on experience)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's extensive service offerings in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
- Lead pitches and proposal development, collaborating with the relevant team and producers to compile the necessary Specialist Services for proposal creation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in leading client strategies, identifying client needs, and developing strategies to address those needs.
- Expand business both locally and regionally through strategic account management, continuously enhancing the planning and execution of client activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with identified clients, hosting regular POV meetings to share insights and extend value creation.
- Cultivate relationships with new clients and reinforce those with existing clients through the implementation of communication plans, ensuring strong visibility for the strategic support provided.
Requirements:
- Effective engagement with professionals from the client side, with the ability to understand, navigate, and manage complex hierarchical corporate clients.
- Exposure to different project types, including events, multimedia, online, interactive, direct marketing, and social media.
- Ability to efficiently manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.
