Position: Human Resource ESPP and Staff Loan Officer
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Job Details:
- Administer and process staff loans benefits.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT for system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate loan reports and provide administration support across entities.
- Assist in annual employee share purchase plan enrollment.
- Handle ongoing ESPP administration and regulatory reporting.
- Process work injury compensation claims as required.
- Manage vendor bills for benefits and ensure timely payments.
- Contribute to wellness initiatives and participate in audits.
- Support implementation of employee wellness initiatives.
- Assist in various projects, including HCM, and daily benefits team activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of compensation and benefits experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in vendor management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Analytical and adept at numerical analysis.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proactively identifies process improvements.
