Customer Service Assistant / Bedok

1. Entry level - $2,000
2. Experienced - $2,050 - $2,300
3. Shift Pattern: 7.30am to 5pm / 1pm to 10.30pm / 10.30pm to 8am
4. 2nd shift $6 & night shift $23
5. Under roster. Overtime payable if scheduled to work on Off/Rest/ PH

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response from customers/users and dispatch calls to the Assistant Lift Specialists.
• Assist Lift Specialists with building specification, location and related information in despatch system
• Monitor and close out all calls based on set-status reports from the field.
• Collect and summarize reports.

Requirements

• Min Secondary level.
• Good phone and communication skills.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
• Able to commit working on weekends and Public Holiday.
