Secretary (Insurance/Finance, up to $5,500)

  • Perform full spectrum of secretarial support to director.
  • Responsible for the director’s calendar and travel arrangements including flights, transportation and accommodation bookings.
  • Manage the director’s email correspondences, schedule business meetings and record expenses and reimbursements.
  • Handle internal communication and coordination by conveying the director's instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • GCE O level and above
  • At least 5 years of working experience as an Executive Secretary in the Insurance/Finance sector.
  • Pleasant personality with good working attitude, excellent time management skills.
  • Meticulous, highly organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
