Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's global recruitment, including Key Position in the United States, Brazil, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Turkey, France, Finland, and other countries
- Fully responsible for the recruitment process, including job analysis, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, making hiring decisions, and handling onboarding procedures
- Establish and maintain an international talent pool for talent reserve and succession planning.
- Analyze global recruitment market trends and continuously optimize recruitment channels and methods
- Collaborate with international recruitment agencies and headhunters to find top talent
- Regularly report recruitment progress and market trends to company management
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, or any related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in headhunting or inhouse recruitment for the manufacturing industry, with experience in global recruitment projects preferred
- Familiar with international recruitment markets and processes, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, capable of completing recruitment tasks independently
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and strong stress tolerance
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
