Adecco is delighted to collaborate with a leading global IT solutions provider. We are currently seeking talented HR professional to join Singapore HR team to provide support to SEA.
The Job
- Manage HR payroll operations for employees across Southeast Asia
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations
- Manage new employee orientation as well as establishing IT accounts.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
The Talent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Capable of establishing streamlined processes to ensure HR operations function efficiently without direct supervision
