§ Carries out independently complex diagnosis and repair work for electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical vehicle systems
§ Supports the service advisor with customer consultation to discuss identified failures or required repair work
Supports and guides technicians and apprentices about technical modifications, innovation, measurements, test equipment and tools
§ Has co-responsibility for customer satisfaction by optimal technical solutions on customer vehicles
