1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase Bentz Jaz export sales revenue.
2. Participating trade show exhibition such as Pestworld, APMA, etc.
3. Direct reporting to Executive Director to assist implementation and execution of sales plan.
4. Identifying and targeting new markets and opportunities for export expansion.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
6. Negotiating contracts and terms of agreements with clients and partners.
7. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
8. Coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and R&D technical department to ensure smooth export processes.
9. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns related to exports.
10. Developing pricing strategies and promotional activities to boost sales.
11. Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
12. Ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
