Based in the Singapore headquarters office, this role will report to the SVP/Head of Group Strategic Communications and Branding, co-leading the strategy and execution of our Group’s branding and customer experience efforts. We are looking for a talented and passionate senior branding professional to join the team as a Group AVP/ VP of Branding & Customer Experience. You are customer-centric, entrepreneurial, resourceful, meticulous and organised in the face of multiple and competing priorities. You understand how to strike a fine balance across data, insights and creativity to continue to help build the Frasers Property brand and add value to the business. You are a change advocate and interested in joining a fast-paced and highly-matrixed, multinational organisation, to inspire, partner and support a talented team of marketers and brand specialists focused on delivering creative and impactful solutions.
Brand management
- Work closely with the SVP/ Head of Group Strategic Communications & Branding, to develop and manage the brand strategy development and execution, as well as to collaborate with the businesses to build the Frasers Property brand across platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with Frasers Property’s brand guidelines. Further refine the branding elements across platforms where relevant.
- Lead inspiring corporate brand campaigns and corporate marketing partnerships.
- Media campaign planning and execution.
- Play a key analytical role in establishing metrics for the purpose of measuring campaign effectiveness against KPI’s. Establish a process for benchmarking the brand’s performance in order to ensure campaigns are customer-centric, relevant and competitive.
- Co-manage the Group’s annual report development.
- Project manage and liaise with other teams to create engaging collateral in support of Group-led campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute towards mentoring and developing other members of the branding function.
- Co-own the social media strategy and lead the social media agency relationship.
- Prepare regular progress reports for leadership teams on both business-as-usual and strategic activities, sourcing analytics where appropriate to demonstrate return on investment.
Customer experience
- Oversee the Group strategy and development of customer experience at Frasers Property, aligning with leaders on the goals and measure of CX through NPS and other relevant means.
- Counsel in the design and enhancements of customer journeys in partnership with key stakeholders in businesses who require support, in order to reduce friction and increase customer delight.
- Build a streamlined customer experience across departments, or asset classes where required.
- Establish ways to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 12-15 years’ experience within Branding, Marketing and Customer Experience field, having worked in-house and/or in an agency environment.
- Operates calmly as a mature team lead and team player with strong leadership skills to ensure a high level of output and strategic objectives are achieved. Able to navigate in an agile / matrix working environment, collaborating well to establish solid working relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders at different levels and across multiple markets, while building extensive networks. Therefore, advantage with international exposure and understanding geographical diversity and needs.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be highly detail-oriented, with an ability to think creatively/constructively in a pressured environment and possess a strong drive for results.
- Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt and effect change efficiently.
- A self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude with exceptional communication/ interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
- Strong English written and verbal proficiency including copywriting and editing for campaigns and creatives.
- Demonstrate strong digital and social media skills and experience. Branding and martech understanding and application are an advantage.
