Description
- Handling of facility matters and maintenance works such as air con maintenance, equipment maintenance, repair and A&A works
- Oversee facility matters =to ensure it is safe for employees and in optimal operating condition.
- Represent the company in Building Management meetings
- Represent and coordinate with Quality Department for facility aspects of Quality and regulatory inspections
- Proper filing and storage of facility documents, blueprints, plans in shared Facility file servers
- Handling of the cleaning service company and its arrangement
- Collection, sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
- Negotiation and communication with vendors as required
- Receive visitors (guests, vendors/suppliers, contractors etc.).
- Collection, sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
- Arranging of local/overseas, postal mail arrangements, courier services and preparing of documents
Requirement
- Min “O”/ “A” Levels, Polytechnic Diploma with working experience in facility management
- Must be a hands-on person
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
