Summary:
Development of standard operating procedures and controls to manage the cluster’s development projects and provide support in long term planning of NUHS infra projects.
Plan and deliver NUHS renovation projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives, systems and tools to enable consistency in delivery of infra projects in the cluster
- Develop project control tools to ensure projects are delivered within approved parameters and key project risks are monitored.
- Serve as a Project Manager to engage internal and external stakeholders to define scope, develop solutions, cost estimates and master schedule for assigned projects
- Responsible for procurement of consultants and contractors by drafting procurement strategies, procurement documents, evaluation matrix and managing the evaluation process of the vendors.
- Support planning of new facilities in NUHS by working with users to conduct feasibility studies, definition of user requirements, projection of resources required and setting up of project committees.
- Lead and execution of Special Projects or tasks as directed by RO in accordance to plan, timeline, budget and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Architectural, Building, Engineering, Project Management or related field of study.
- Minimum 10 of years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector or large corporations
- Proficient in MS Office and proficiency in drafting software is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision
- A team player with good communication skills
