Responsibilities
- Develop and assess operational procedures for teams
- Manage collaborations with various functional teams.
- Oversee and report on Service Level Objectives for the team.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of goals for continuous improvement.
- Engage with internal and external teams to streamline onboarding and offboarding systems.
- Cultivate a team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement for seamless service continuity.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year in managing capacity for IT Operation Teams, Business Continuity Management, or as a ServiceNow administrator for ITSM and IRM modules.
- Familiarity with BCM, ITSM, and ITOM preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, IRM, SecOps) is a plus.
