Job Scope:

  • Lead the team to develop performance management strategies, and translate them into policies, practices, and processes.
  • Oversee the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
  • Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits administration and vendors.
  • Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
  • Derive insights from C&B data to improve, enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies


Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business, or any relevant field of studies
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in the healthcare or social service sector, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
