Job Scope:
- Lead the team to develop performance management strategies, and translate them into policies, practices, and processes.
- Oversee the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
- Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews.
- Manage the payroll and benefits administration and vendors.
- Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
- Derive insights from C&B data to improve, enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business, or any relevant field of studies
- At least 6-8 years of experience in the healthcare or social service sector, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
