Job Title: M&E Coordinator (ID8175)
Location: Aljunied, Singapore
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9am -6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Job Description:
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinating with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Conducting regular inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Ordering and managing inventory of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance activities.
• Providing technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance schedules.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with mechanical and electrical systems as they arise.
Requirement:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Must be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills
• Educational background in area of M&E of added advantage
