Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Administration
- Front office receptionist to answer phone calls, meet and greet visitors and guests.
- Manage office inventory stock supplies, place orders and replenish stocks timely e.g. stationery, food and beverage etc.
- Maintain Company staff directory including phone, emails contact information in the system and on the noticeboards are up to date.
- Coordinate courier services, receiving post mails and delivery parcels.
- Ensure associated work permit/ license permits of the building are valid and renewed timely.
Support: HR & HSE Administration
- Administer the HR services including onboarding and exit processes, new hire orientation, training and development as well as benefits and wellness event programs.
- Administer and ensure compliance of HSE matters such as local government policy, guidelines, and workplace advisories
- Administer and ensure timeline compliance for all statutory submissions
- Creating Purchase Requisitions/doing Receiving in IFS as part of the payment process for HR-related invoices.
