Job Description:
- Report to the Senior Finance Manager and ensure adherence to financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and review annual budgets and financial statements.
- Implement budgetary controls to manage expenses effectively.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of arrears.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and enforce robust financial controls.
- Oversee grants and assets management, including inter-fund transfers and tax reporting.
- Handle any other financial duties assigned by the Senior Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA
- Minimum 5 year of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
