Position: Events Executive
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $3500
Job Scope:
- Propose, plan, coordinate, and execute company events in both physical and virtual settings.
- Prepare event venues and necessary audio-visual equipment and materials for smooth event execution.
- Perform any other assigned work-related tasks or projects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in events planning, coordination, and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and audio-visual editing software.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
