Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID8172)
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9am -6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Job Description:
• Take-off quantity, prepare bill of quantity, cost estimation for tender & on-going projects
• Source and compile quotation
• Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
• Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents
• Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc.
Requirement:
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Possess minimum 2-3 years of working experience in local construction industry
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with people of all levels
• Singaporean/PR preferred
