Responsibilities:
- Maintaining companys' financial books by computerized systems.
- Assist in handling admin work
- Assist in handling account receivables, accounts payable & general ledger
- Filing of documents and update of files
- Assist in banking transactions
- Purchase and maintain office stationery and pantry supplies, equipment and furniture
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible with good work attitude
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- At least Degree and above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
