Tasks & responsibilities
- Participate in 3rd party and customer audits, supporting follow-up actions.
- Ensure product quality meets specifications and drawings.
- Facilitate new product introductions and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle customer feedback from receipt to investigation and response.
- Verify scrap products before initiating the scrapping process.
- Provide support for Quality Policies and objectives.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
- Understand in IQC, IPQC & OQC processes and functions.
- Experience in supplier quality audits.
- Preference for experience in rubber/plastic products industry.
- Knowledge of TS16949 Quality system is advantageous.
