- To plan strategies to consistently drive sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed volume targets and brand distribution targets set.
- To lead in the deployment and execution of the business plans with Distributors.
- To manage existing and new business opportunities and responsible for the sales volume and distribution of all products distributed by the Company.
- To manage subordinates to achieve the expected results and to handle subordinate grievances.
- To manage product sell-out profitability, forecast sales, monitor inventory levels, budget spending efficiency, seller development, distributor collection on time and etc.
- Preparing wirtten presentations, reports and price quotations.
- Achieve Customer Service objectives by developing strategic plans, preparing and implementing action plans.
- Handle and manage Customers enquiries on products - specification, price, availability, delivery and others.
- Attend to Customers' enquiries in professional manner as accordance to our service standard.
- To disseminate accurate information to Customers and to ensure Customers' complaints are attended to in accordance to our service standard.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field.
- Requied language (s): Good command of English, and Mandarin (speaking proficiency in Additional local dialects is an added advantage).
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Retail industry with clearly demonstrated sales ability and have been lead sales team experience.
