Job Description:
- Coordinate and supervise a team of on-site workers to execute planned construction tasks and handle unforeseen issues.
- Investigate reported construction-related problems and analyze root causes to prevent future issues.
- Manage renovation or construction projects as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure contractors adhere to project requirements and evaluate their performance against contract terms.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure timely resolution of any defects or issues identified during construction.
- Assist with any additional tasks delegated by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with minimum 3 years in M&E and security system experience.
- Minimum 2 years of exp
- Able to start work Immediately / short notice
