Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Project Manager
- Develop a Public Relations Program for the project
- Prepares newsletters, notifications and letters to circulate to stakeholders
- Handle incoming & outgoing letter from & to relevant authorities
- To disseminate information & handle complaints/feedback from public & stakeholders
- Assist other general administrative support to the Project Team
- Any other task assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any field
- Atleast 2 years’ experience in HDB/Civil Engineering Projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
