What are my job responsibilities?
In this role you will:
- Preparation of the T&C Plan for the activities to be conducted on site
- Management of the resources needs for the execution of the site activities
- Leadership for the preparation of the T&C procedures to be conducted on site
- Ensure all the activities conducted on site follow the correct process in accordance to Siemens requirements as well as specific project requirements
- Coordination with the design team for the project to ensure readiness of the design activities for conducting the site testing
- Coordination with the customer as well as other SWC involved in the project to ensure timely completion of the activities
- Close interface with the customer and the rest of the SWC involved in the T&C activities for the project
What do I need to qualify for this role?
- At least 10 years working experience in Signalling Testing and Commissioning activities with demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in the T&C Manager role in projects of similar relevance
- Demonstrable experience using requirements traceability
- Degree (Master / Diploma) in technical engineering, preferably in IT / electronics engineering.
- Knowledge of Siemens signalling solution is an added value
- Previous experience in the role in projects in Singapore is an added value
- Experience managing a multicultural team
- Strong leadership capabilities
