Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of business operations, financial performance, investments, production, and business ventures.
- Developing and executing business strategies aligned with both short and long-term objectives.
- Supervising the effective implementation of marketing strategies to sustain market relevance and boost sales of products and services, with monthlyreportsto Japan Headquarter and the board.
- Compiling monthly consolidated financial reports and presenting them to Japan Headquarter in Japanese.
- Investigating and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance revenue generation, lower operating costs while delivering excellent customer support.
- Continuously monitoring the annual budget to ensure the attainment of revenue and sales targets.
- Managing human resources functions, including recruitment, retention, and fostering a productive workforce.
- Ensuring clear communication of company policies and adherence to legal guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in our specific field, design and production work for stores and commercial facilities, as well as installations of ancillary equipment. At least 10 years of experiences in related industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing international group business with several companies.
- High level of business awareness and strong business acumen. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Confident and eager to engage with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred
- Excellent communicator both orally and written in English and Japanese (equivalent to JLPT 1 or above), as periodical reports to the Japan Headquarters and frequent communications with clients and within the company between both local and foreign employees will be essential to this position.
- Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Taiwan are also under jurisdiction, and communication skills with local staff in each country as well as business trips to these countries are required.
