  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Handle daily finance and banking matters on a timely basis, including receivables and payables processes, uploading of payments and handling of associated queries
  • Handle GST and other related submissions
  • To monitor and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain fixed asset listing
  • Generating and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Management
  • Assist in monthly and year end reporting
  • Ensure compliance to local accounting standards
  • Assist in full spectrum HR duties including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training and benefits administration
  • Handle work pass application and renewals
  • Perform monthly payroll
  • Handle general office administration
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Possess Diploma or relevant certificate in Accounting
  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of local accounting standards and associated regulations
  • Knowledge in Singapore Corporate Tax and GST
  • Familiar with SAP system an advantage
  • Meticulous, independent and positive working attitude
