JOB PURPOSE
Conduct and facilitate mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) training for the Centre for Psychosocial Support (CPSS).
NOTE: 3 Working days - Thursday, Friday, Sunday
JOB SCOPE
Training & Development
○ Conduct MHPSS training for Centre for Psychosocial Support
○ Provide inputs for curriculum development on ad hoc basis
Trainer Management
○ Oversee and lead trainer management, including assessment and coaching.
○ Develop and oversee trainer assessment function
○ Conduct internal training for CPSS’ pool of trainers for curriculum related updates and CPSS protocols.
Others
○ Perform administrative duties as required
○ Facilitate events and advocacy efforts to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and psychosocial support.
PREREQUISITES
○ Possess Counseling, Psychology or Mental Health related education and/or work experience
○ Training experience and qualifications (ASSIST, ACLP, DDLP, etc) preferred
○ Experience in adult learning sector setting preferred
