Our client is a retail MNC dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering growth within thier team.
Join their Management Trainee program to learn the ropes of retail management. You'll rotate between office and store roles, gaining hands-on experience and preparing to become an assistant manager by the end of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate between office and retail roles to learn different aspects of our business.
- Work closely with managers to understand inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams on projects to enhance store performance.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and recommendations.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Candidate with no experiene are welcome to apply too!
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Location: Islandwide
Working Day: Mon - Sun ( 5 days per week, 44 hrs, retail hour)
Salary: Basic: Up to $3000
