Admin Executive
Working hours : 8:30am to 6:00pm
Location : Pandan Loop Singapore [ Clementi ]
Salary: $2500 - $2750
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones calls and taking messages
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Arranging meetings and other events
- Managing mail/fax communications
- Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
- Managing production team
- Receiving order and create invoice for customers using software MYOB
- Packing for all local, online and overseas order and arrange courier for order delivery
- Create presentation
- Book ticket for directors
- Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
- Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
- Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
- Negotiating with vendors
- Order necessary office supplies
- Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
- Managing production for low stocks
- Arrange videoconferencing
- Reviewing incoming documents
- Conducting research
- Training and/or supervising clerical workers
Admin Executive Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Admin
- Bachelor’s degree in admin or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
