ü Processing and following up closely on customer orders/requests and handling internal forms.
ü Communicating with customers effectively via phone, email or chat in a friendly and polite manner.
ü Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
ü Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
ü Ensuring enquiries are answered and goods are delivered on time in meeting company’s target.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
ü Possess at least Diploma in relevant field or related disciplines (e.g. business development, product marketing, customer communication).
ü Applicant must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
ü Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet or exceed set performance standards.
ü Must be a fast learner with positive attitude to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
ü Excellent interpersonal skills with team-oriented mindset.
ü Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
ü Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
EXPERIENCES:
