Project Management
- Efficiently manage and strategize end-to-end project activities and coordination
- Source materials, determine pricing, and confirm orders
- Control and oversee project expenditure within established guidelines
- Offer project support to departments, including site evaluation, reviewing technical drawings, overseeing setup, and meeting with clients as needed
- Facilitate timely communication and job coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate meticulousness with a strong working knowledge of carpentry and construction details
- Take responsibility for props checking, preparation of on-site project checklists, tools and equipment, and post-installation reports
- Conduct project management training for the Support Team
Costing Management
- Preparation of sales quotation to potential clients
- Sourcing of related information to support the projects
- Evaluate project estimates and costing
- Prepare costing sheets for projects
Vendors / Suppliers Management
- From selection, to evaluation and risk assessment to ensure vendors/suppliers meet service level agreements
Job Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of project management covering principles and practices related to project estimation, technical, costing, liaising, labor forecasting, building permits, multiple disciplines involved in areas of responsibilities
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and collaborative skills to work closely with both external and internal customers
- Must be prepared to work at irregular hours due to project requirements
