Our client who is a global Chemical Manufacturer is seeking a Fragrance Development Manager for SEA. The candidate will come with 4-8 years of prior experience in the fragrance industry across SEA.
You will manage fragrance development projects for major key accounts in the are looking for someone who can consistently drive process, discipline and effective execution to bring the desired speed to market including perfumery and application laboratories. Other tasks include conducting trend research, market analysis and consumer preference on consumer products in ASEAN region, as well as ensuring Fragrance library is up to date and efficiently promoted in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the fragrance development function for SEA, overseeing defining and managing product development and innovation strategies to deliver solutions
- Manage development projects for major cross-categories key accounts within the region
- Lead projects and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Application, Perfumers and Regulators
- Represent the company with customers through presentations, client visits, providing olfactive trainings and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Science / Chemistry or related field
- 4-8 years with solid Fragrance Development experience in a regional or global environment
- Prior knowledge in the SEA Market
- Excellent olfactive communication skill with deep knowledge of materials and technologies
- Good skills in English communication for internal & external communications and engagement
- Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
