Overall Purpose
We are looking for passionate individuals committed to the cause of enabling socially disadvantage low-income families and communities realise their aspirations of getting out of the poverty cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with community partners and government agencies to enable a safe and caring environment for children and adults we serve in the community.
- Provide casework intervention, counselling and information to families, and supervision to the social work team.
Requirements:
- Believe that people and communities have intrinsic strengths and resources that can be harnessed for the betterment of family and community life.
- Knowledge and experience with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement
- Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines from recognised universities
- Accredited Social Worker
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant social work experience.
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
