Key accountabilities:
• Weekly meetings with all functional heads & Regional VM manager to update and discuss on
business in general
• Work closely with internal departments to propose strategies and solutions for product
focus/collection launch/ retail events
• Follow ups with merchandising team to ensure that stocks delivery and quantities have
sufficient for any launch
• Follow up with store planning on refurbishment, opening & pop up store events on to ensure we
meet the setup deadline
• Involved in all aspects of store opening from product allocation/ floor-plan feedback/ visual tools
check to final display execution
• Email communications with store teams on seasonal and general VM information
• Ordering and planning of all visual materials/tools from HQ for openings/lightbox
images/replenishments for DOS
• Follow up with HQ to ensure props receipt meet the VM schedule for installation date
• Working with contractors to ensure installation is meeting the timeline and HQ standards from
to final execution for DOS
• Budget planning on VM expenditure on windows, lightbox and event for DOS stores
• Ensuring that all stores maintain the VM standard through constant VM communication via
phone and email
• Communication with wholesale markets on VM information and sharing of VM display images
• Working with VM team to remerchandise and photographing all in-store & windows for monthly
reports, capsule launches, retail events for DOS stores
• Work trips to SEA & Australia for VM setup, seasonal training, and market visits
• Preparation of seasonal press day setup from planning to display and teardown for SEA &
Australia
• Possible trips to HQ to assist on seasonal showroom setup
