Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Art lesson professionally according to student’s learning objectives
- Plan art-related activities according to company's objectives
- Continual communication and feedback to parents on student’s performance
- Able to handle students of different age group
- Create a conducive environment to enhance learning
- Plan and exhibit artwork to be displayed in art exhibitions
- Demonstrate techniques in activities such as drawing and painting ·
- Understand the versatility of paints: dry brushing, staining, layering, underpainting, monoprinting
- Knows the fundamentals and different approaches to drawing media technique
- Develop and Design specific lesson plans for art learners
- Execute lesson plans according to different learning objectives
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or degree in fine art or design relevant field
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels
- Excellent people management and teamwork
- Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
- Able to work on weekends
- Conduct and facilitate art learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record and art portfolio
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in art related field
