Overall Job Purpose
- Responsible for directing the Offshore activities related to Asset Integrity .
- The Offshore Integrity Inspector shall be the offshore MODEC representative for all inspection and anomaly liquidation activities. .
- Manage the offshore planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of asset integrity inspections.
- Provide oversight on the execution of safety critical inspections executed on the Facility. Lead and co-ordinate high quality integrity management activities for the Facility.
- Provide integrity repair recommendations, remaining life data and anomaly liquidation prioritization based on risk using COABIS and AIMS.
- Assure that the integrity management system and required SAP work orders for the Facility is enacted offshore by the required due date to meet RBI plan and KPI.
- Ensure compliance with Class, Statutory, International and Local Regulatory requirements regard to the integrity of the process, marine and structural systems of the FPSO.
- Develop wherever required risk-based inspection techniques and philosophy, asset management fundamentals and operational lessons learned.
- Liaises with all departments and stakeholders to ensure the Inspection and Integrity Management Framework and CMMS System are supported, consistent with the MOSEN business objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to the offshore inspection and fabric maintenance personnel when required, and support for onshore personnel during offshore visits as required.
Required:
- 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas industry, with 5+ years minimum FPSO experience.
- Experience with Offshore & FPSO is mandatory.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of the applicable legislative, international inspection standards for offshore Oil & Gas Facilities.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Portuguese speakers are mandatory.
- Basic French is expected

Educational Qualification:
- Tertiary education expected - engineering preferred but extensive operational experience in similar environments equally valid.
- Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
