- Be accountable for safety, quality, cost, and production goals while running the line
- Start-up and operation of CNC equipment, automation equipment.
- Change inserts, drills, and endmills
- Perform model changes
- Conduct initial troubleshooting of production issues and repair if capable.
- Maintain uninterrupted product flow through the line.
- Take direction from and collaborate with leadership to mitigate downtime
- Direct hourly employees working within the area
- Perform machine coordinator duties as needed
Requirements
- Must be open to working all shifts
- Knowledge of machining practices
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to perform machine coordinator duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Solid Works
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and other collegues.
- Ability to flex work schedule based on needs of operation
