The candidate will bring a background in enterprise B2B marketing within software or technology sectors and expertise in crafting marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and event execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation marketing campaigns targeting Marketing, Commerce, and Customer Experience decision makers and C-Suite audiences for business messaging.
- Plan, manage, and execute both owned and third-party events (virtual and in-person), webinars, digital, social media, emails, and telemarketing campaigns.
- Proficiently create content for virtual and physical events including agendas, speaking briefs, high-level slide decks, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in and grasp of innovative campaign strategies and execution tactics.
- Oversee post-event activities, including lead cleaning, uploading, tracking, and facilitating follow-ups to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of working autonomously amidst evolving conditions and priorities, managing multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min 7 years experience in B2B marketing, Field marketing from tech companies.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities across functions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of marketing and business procedures.
- Eagerness for continual learning and enhancement of marketing best practices.
- Previous familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and webinar platforms is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
