JOB PURPOSE
● Coordinates and manages the full spectrum of pre-course and post-course administration of public registration in priority for the CFALS, including the logistical and delivery requirements.
● Building relationships with existing and potential public learners to ensure their training needs are met.
● Achieving excellent service delivery with our existing and potential public learners in SRCA’s training and consultancy services.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Operations
1.1. Respond to public customer requests and inquiries via phone, email and other sources.
1.2. Focal Person and coordinates training activities and training administration for public course runs.
1.3. Manage training administration such as course registration, feedback, systems administration, logistics arrangement, examinations management and any other administrative duties for public course runs.
1.4. Communicates with assigned course instructors of training details such as reporting venue and collection of training logistics and examination folders.
1.5. Handles the post-course and/or workshops administration such as ensuring course fees payment, printing certificates and maintaining up-to-date training and issuance records.
1.6. Compiles and submit assessment results and statistics to relevant authorities.
1.7. Submits & processes claims application for SSG funded courses under public course runs.
2. Any Other Duties
2.1. Performs basic office, classroom cleaning and maintenance.
2.2. Manages the FSM/SDU points system with SCDF/SISO.
2.3. To fulfill and maintain compliance to the PDPA requirements.
2.4. To fulfill and maintain compliance to the SRFAC requirements.
2.5. To fulfill and maintain compliance to the ISO 29993:2017 requirements.
JOB SPECIFICATION
3. General Qualities and Qualifications of Applicants
3.1. Diploma in any discipline, preferably with more than 1-year experience in service or educational industries.
3.2. Must be computer literate and be competent in Microsoft Office / Google applications.
3.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels.
3.4. Organised and sensitive to small details.
3.5. Analytical, motivated and positive personality.
3.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3.7. Able to work independently without much supervision.
3.8. Possess strong work ethics and keep the information confidential.
3.9. Prepared to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including weekends occasionally.
4. Working Hours
4.1. Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)
4.2. Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm (half day, no more than twice a month)
4.3. Time-Offs: If scheduled to work on weekends, appropriate time-offs will be given to rest on weekdays.
5. Additional skills and knowledge
5.1. Good command of both spoken and written English.
5.2. Knowledge of TPG/SSG/SDF/SFC is highly advantageous.
