Job Descriptions:
- Assist on-site workers in machine move-in, uncrating, parts assembly, lifting, mouting, wiring and commissioning of automated delivery systems.
- Take up as Project Coordinator role to handle the project effectively and meet the customer's project timeline.
- Perform troubleshooting for hardware and PLC related issues during testing / commissioning.
- Periodic aftersales inspection & maintenance work at customer site for robot, equipment and monitoring devices.
- Perform sales task and prpeare proposal (workable solution and competitive to competitor) to potential customers.
- Conduct unit testing, continuous integration and deployment and source control.
- Provide customer support and site service to support hardware presales, project rollout and after sales services.
- Speedy issue recovery / troubleshoooting at customer site.
- Act as Project Manager role at site when Project Manager is unavailable.
- Source for potential business with new and and existing customers including preparation of marketing material, attending customer meetings and networking events.
- Provide written weekly report to management describing activities, planned projects and all progress status updates.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Enthusiastic about technology, innovation, new ideas and changes to the market.
- Self-motivated and good team player.
- Customer oriented services.
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability and leadership
- Independent and resourceful.
- Good hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Fundamental machine repairing and maintenance knowledge.
- Robotic programming / PLC editing / Electrical wiring kowledge.
