Administrative Assistant

Sheng Jie Construction Pte. Ltd.

1) Handle Day to day inquiries (phone/email/fax) and support the Management & Site team.

2) Coordinate Between the Site team and Office management team.

3) Update the company policies as needed.

4) Book flight tickets and make travel arrangements for workers and staff.

5) Prepare a master list for Drawings, Documents, and incoming & outgoing correspondences.

6) Submission of documents, drawings, letters, and creating transmittal.

7) Maintain proper organization & production of the filing system and storage of documents and information.

8) Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval, and management & production of documents to internal and external parties.

9) Schedule a meeting.

10) Good communication skills.
