Job Description:
· Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers
· Respond to customer inquiries
· Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements
· Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
· Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
· Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents.
· Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
· Resolve customers’ concerns, if any.
· Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers
Requirements:
· Minimally 2 years of working experience
· Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
· Prefer some one with prior working experience in logistics industry
· Friendly and welcoming disposition
· Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
· Good command of written and verbal English
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
